About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Systems Solution Designer. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end enterprise systems solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into our infrastructure.
  • Work with internal/external development teams to build out custom solutions if necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs.
  • AUS Person status is required for this role.
