Enterprise Solutions Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solutions Designer to join our team. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering comprehensive solutions that underpin service fulfillment.

This position involves translating business requirements into robust technical solution designs, ensuring seamless integration with OSS/BSS platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing implementation, system testing, and providing architectural leadership across business, delivery, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end OSS fulfillment solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
  • Craft robust technical solution designs based on business requirements
  • Oversight of implementation, integration, and system testing across OSS/BSS platforms
  • Provide architectural guidance and stakeholder engagement across business, delivery, and vendor teams

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of order management, provisioning, activation, and fallout handling, as well as expertise in APIs, ESB, microservices, and integration design. Experience working in complex telco-scale OSS environments is also highly valued. Relevant certifications in TOGAF, TM Forum, or cloud platform technologies are desirable.
