We are seeking an experienced and innovative geospatial solution architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge geospatial solutions using the latest technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GIS, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments. They will also possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

About the Role

In this presales role, you will:

  • Architect and lead enterprise-level geospatial solutions using the ArcGIS platform and partner technologies.
  • Influence client strategies and purchasing decisions by delivering compelling solution designs and demonstrations.
  • Engage with executives, technical teams, and stakeholders to shape solutions that span cloud infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, enterprise asset management systems, and broader IT ecosystems.
  • Mentor and develop the Solution Engineering team, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company regionally and globally, showcasing our solutions at industry events, partner forums, and conferences.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven expertise designing and delivering enterprise solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT environments, and integration with corporate systems (CRM, BI, EAM).
  • Extensive experience in a senior consulting or presales role, with the ability to engage at executive levels and influence strategic outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • A track record of trusted client relationships built on credibility, innovation, and results.
  • A passion for mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and fostering team capability.
  • Degree qualifications (bachelor's or master's) in GIS, IT, or a related discipline — or equivalent industry experience.
