Job Title: Training and Quality Specialist - Performance Improvement Expert


Job Summary:


Qantas is seeking a highly skilled Training and Quality Specialist to join its Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance sales performance and improve customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and deliver training programs to sales teams, focusing on customer service, process improvement, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales interactions to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to senior leaders, driving process improvements and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on sales performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and quality assurance in a call centre environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail, with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
