We are seeking an experienced Training and Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team at Qantas Airways Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to develop and deliver learning activities, ensuring our sales teams achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, materials, and manuals that cater to employee induction, process changes, technology upgrades, new company initiatives, and more.
  • They will also lead calibration sessions with sales teams and stakeholders, presenting key themes and insights to senior leaders to advocate for process and training improvements.
  • A strong working relationship with Sales teams and leaders is crucial to influence positive outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Understanding of adult learning styles, effective teaching methodologies, technologies, and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and cooperation.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand operational and systems requirements of the business and apply them to process development and training.
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce is highly regarded.
  • Quality Assurance experience in a call centre environment is essential.
  • Ability to provide feedback, training, and coaching to individuals.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales principles.
  • High-level attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales processes.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
