- Your expertise will help registrars and supervisors achieve their best outcomes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to patients across the country.
Key Responsibilities
">- Registrar support: provide guidance and mentorship to registrars, helping them navigate their training journey.
- Registrar education: design and deliver educational content that meets the needs of our registrars, preparing them for success in their careers.
- Training site support: work closely with training sites to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality training experiences for our registrars.
- Supervisor support and education: provide resources and support to supervisors, helping them develop their skills and confidence in mentoring registrars.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and health training: contribute to the development of culturally sensitive training programs that cater to the unique needs of Indigenous Australians.
Requirements
">- A medical background, with experience as a GP or in medical education.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Initiative, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- The ability to work independently and make decisions that align with RACGP's vision and values.
