Job Role:

Moonlight Wheels Attendants form a critical component in delivering exceptional guest experiences at select hotels.

Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Moonlight Wheels Attendants.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to cater to all guest requests for Concierge and Wheels Desk functions according to established hotel standards.
  • Employees will maintain a customer-centric philosophy that prioritizes serving guests' needs and expectations.
  • Wheels team members operate the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, courier/postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell, and serving as a runner for any guest requests.
  • Team members support driving the Whatever/Whenever culture for all guests by collaborating with the Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Concierge Supervisor to ensure guests' needs and information prior, during, and post-stay lead to a unique, memorable, and personal stay.
