Your Team

The Campaign and Offers Team creates tailored offers for our members, leveraging innovative channels and solutions. As Delivery professionals, we excel at customer-centric collaboration, driving results across the business.

Your Role

As a key member of our squad, you'll oversee the technical delivery of transformative projects, focusing on offer orchestration, custom campaigns, and people/technical team engagement. Key areas of accountability include leadership, stakeholder management, and technical excellence.

Leadership:

  • Coach senior business analysts, lead teams in applying agile practices, and foster high-performing squads.

Engagement:

  • In partnership with stakeholders, define objectives aligning efforts with organisational strategy.
  • Maintain a culture of clarity, autonomy, and motivation, ensuring role expectations are understood and met.

Delivery, Customer, and Speed-to-Market:

  • Develop roadmaps to enhance customer features, prioritise plans, and progress aligned through OKRs.
  • Improve engineering competencies to boost speed-to-market momentum.
  • Align with company practices, governance processes, and technology strategy.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with stakeholders to influence product roadmaps and ensure combined product and technology delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and integration teams for smooth delivery.

Technical and Operational Excellence:

  • Lead teams to deliver high-quality solutions meeting system health metrics (security, performance, quality).
  • Manage budgets, commercials, and third parties to meet finance obligations.

Salary: Approximately AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Your Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of information technology, trends, and issues.
  • Experience in leading a transformative squad, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including coaching for performance.
