Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced digital transformation leader and business strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding execution of ANZ Commercial's digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence business architecture and experience design to drive innovation and growth.
  • Oversee and optimise the delivery lifecycle to enhance delivery practices and uplift velocity.
  • Lead and evolve strategic workforce management, with a focus on capability culture and engagement.
  • Support platform production management, with a strong focus on understanding and advocating for our customers and bankers along with key financial outcomes.
  • Help ensure effective risk management and champion compliance by design practices.
Requirements:
  • Influencing and Relationship Building: high level of influencing and negotiating skills including with Senior Executives.
  • Delivery Management: Lead and optimise the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute long-term digital strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Digital sales: Lead OKR realisation efforts by developing customer-centric strategies and fostering key relationships.
  • Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.
  • People leadership: Inspire and nurture a high-performance culture by fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Commercial acumen: Take a big picture view of the organisation, the market, external and internal pressures and trends.
  • Communication: Convey and comprehend information effectively in both spoken and written formats.
  • Data Interpretation: Leverage data analysis to extract actionable insights and drive informed business and customer decisions.
About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers flexible working arrangements, including standard hours and remote work options.
