About the Role

The Activation Account Director will work closely with another Account Director and lead a small team of Managers, Executives, and Assistants. As the expert leading our search, social, and programmatic product, you'll be responsible for fully understanding briefs, contributing to holistic digital strategies, and working with your team to build responses and channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social, and programmatic, leveraging support from the team where needed.
  • Lead and oversee your team's product, including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day-to-day invoicing and billing.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agency partners, and media partners.
  • Create optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy.
  • Contribute to business development with new and existing clients, including pitches, proposals, case studies, and acting on opportunities as they arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role across digital activation, programmatic, paid search, or social.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team.
  • Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client-facing role.
  • Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360, or Sizmek.
  • Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for working within digital activation and cross-team collaboration.
