About the Role
OMG Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEM leader to join our team as an Activation Director. As a key member of our digital activation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in developing and implementing world-class SEM strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of high-performing digital specialists in developing and executing SEM strategies across various accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Management team to ensure clients receive a streamlined and coordinated digital strategy.
- Develop and implement a client-centric approach to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Apply a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop solutions to drive business results.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role across digital activation, specifically paid search.
- Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong technical skills across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360, or Sizmek.
- Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced presentation skills and storytelling ability to both technical and non-technical audiences.
