Clinical Leadership Specialist in Youth Mental Health

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Practitioner to provide high-level clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team environment. The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering person-centred care and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver evidence-based practice.
- Providing expert clinical leadership within the designated program area, region, and/or statewide stream
- Contribute significantly to the ongoing development of the program area and related change management processes
- Deliver clinical services through the provision of complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies
The role offers an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and well-supported team committed to delivering high-quality mental health services to young people and their families/carers.
Key skills and qualifications required include:
- Registration as an allied health professional with the relevant National Board or full membership/eligible for membership with the relevant professional association
- Current Working with Children Registration
