Clinical Services Lead

Seeking an exceptional Lead Practitioner to spearhead clinical services in Youth Mental Health.
The role involves providing high-level leadership, complex case management, assessment, counselling and/or therapy to young people and their families/carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trauma-informed biopsychosocial mental health assessments and therapies
- Provide comprehensive developmentally appropriate treatment plans for young people and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health services
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and registration as a senior allied health professional
- Experience in clinical leadership and complex case management
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
