- This is an exciting opportunity for experienced allied health professionals to take on a leadership role in our new Child and Youth Mental Health teams. As a Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical leadership and expertise in assessing and treating children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will develop and implement treatment plans that focus on trauma-informed care and promote recovery-oriented approaches. Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level clinical leadership and expertise in assessing and treating children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on trauma-informed care and promote recovery-oriented approaches.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health services.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an allied health discipline (e.g. psychology, social work, occupational therapy).
- Current registration with the relevant national board or professional association.
- Demonstrated experience working with children and young people, particularly those with complex mental health needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
