Facilities Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and effective Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of high-standard cleaning services within our assigned centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising team members, monitoring attendance, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-standard cleaning services by ensuring tasks are completed on time and to scope.
- Supervise and support team members through hands-on training and regular site visits to maintain service quality.
- Monitor team attendance using internal systems and ensure adequate shift coverage, stepping in when needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for on-site queries, escalating urgent issues to the supervisor.
- Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock levels.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and leadership ability, with a proven track record of leading small teams.
- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
- Owning a smartphone is essential for using internal systems.
- Australian working rights are mandatory.
