Our Facility Management Team Member Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee our crematorium facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high service standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring operational involvement in facility activities. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and performing various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and safety protocols.
- Supervise staff members and provide training and support for high service standards.
- Maintain the facility and equipment, overseeing maintenance and repairs.
