Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities management team.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of corporate office locations

  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain facilities at optimal levels

  • Implement procedures to optimize energy use and reduce costs

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Coordinate work order handling and ticket requests efficiently

Requirements for Success
  • Diploma in Facilities Management or related field
  • Strong technical understanding of EHS regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management
  • Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
