Guest Service Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Fairmont Hotel Macdonald. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Check in and out hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Review and prepare for VIP and ALL loyalty members arrivals, ensuring a flawless check-in experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Previous front desk or reception experience is an asset.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Micros PMS/Opera is an asset.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
