Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team at the Virgin Australia Beyond Lounge in Brisbane Domestic Airport.

As a Food and Beverage Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. You will work closely with our chefs and the Virgin Australia team to ensure that every meal meets and exceeds our guests' expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience
  • Working closely with our chefs to create menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Ensuring that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a 5-star or similar restaurant environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and food safety
  • Flexible availability to work early shifts from 3:30am, with afternoon shifts ending up to midnight on occasion - across 7 days of the week
