We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team at the Virgin Australia Beyond Lounge in Brisbane Domestic Airport.

As a Food and Beverage Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a la carte style dining services to our most valued guests
  • Collaborate with our chefs and Virgin team to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of food service and kitchen hygiene

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a 5-star or similar restaurant environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and food safety
  • Flexible availability to work early shifts from 3:30am, with afternoon shifts ending up to midnight on occasion - across 7 days of the week
