At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to provide unparalleled hospitality services to our valued guests. As a Guest Experience Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay at our resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest registration.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and information to guests about local attractions, activities, and services.
  • Process all department-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to ensure seamless guest communication.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
  • Clear articulation of the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community.
