Job Title: Lounge Manager

This is a dynamic and challenging leadership role where you will oversee the operational running of our lounge, ensuring all services and products meet the Aspire Global Standard. You will lead by example, creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure standards are met or exceeded in the lounge environment.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to achieve individual performance goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial, personnel, payroll, and administrative duties.
  • Implement business resilience, project management, brand development, change management, and innovation strategies to drive sales and return visits.
  • Create a safe, clean, and discrimination-free environment for all team members and guests, ensuring all legal and company standards are met.
