Key Responsibilities:- Manage an Executive Premium Class Lounge at a major international airport
- Promote catering, cleaning, and concierge services that meet high standards
- Effectively manage costs and implement stock control systems
Lead and develop a team to maintain exceptional customer service, exceed client expectations, and reduce staff turnover. Develop strategies to build and enhance client relationships.
Requirements:- Proven experience in high-end hospitality delivery with a track record of managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills, successfully managing budgets, prioritizing spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level
- Strong and decisive leadership skills, with the ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams
