The Person:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is mandatory.
  • Previous chef experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for premium hospitality are essential.
  • High energy levels, professional presentation, and the ability to thrive under pressure are vital.
  • Will to obtain necessary certifications is required.
