Key Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager in a premium airport lounge setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and management support at an operational level, assisting with the day-to-day operation of services, and ensuring food quality, service standards, and safety initiatives are maintained to the highest standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must hold RSA certification and be an Approved Manager.
  • Should have current or previous managerial experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Leadership skills to build, train, and motivate effective teams, and great energy, flexibility, and professional presentation in a fast-paced environment.

ASIC security clearance will be required. A flexible approach to working hours is necessary due to the 7-day operation of our lounges.
