Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting our sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, accurate administration, and exceptional client service.

Working closely with our Client Partners and Client Executives, you will be responsible for processing client orders and media bookings with accuracy and efficiency. You will also coordinate media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms, maintain organized documentation and up-to-date CRM records, and upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop strong relationships with them. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client orders and media bookings with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experienced in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment.
  • Client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
