Lead Risk Advisory Manager

This role is for a seasoned professional to lead and support client delivery of risk and assurance solutions across global locations. The ideal candidate will have leadership and technical experience in Risk Advisory and Assurance Domain and an understanding of industry-leading risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support client delivery teams to ensure successful execution of risk and assurance projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
Requirements:
  • Relevant years of experience in Risk advisory and Assurance domain with working knowledge of Operational Risk and Compliance frameworks, Governance Risk and Compliance tools, Control Assurance policies, and procedures.
  • Proven track record in Risk Consulting with expertise in client issue understanding, proposal development, solution planning, and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and build trust with colleagues and clients through professionalism and a strong work ethic.
