Leadership Role within Global Risk Management Services

In this leadership role, you will lead our consulting team; developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

  • Lead and develop a team of consultants
  • Manage engagements, including scoping work, preparing project plans, resourcing, and executing projects within agreed time frames
  • Deliver engagement letters and project reports within promised deadlines
  • Delegate work effectively

Key responsibilities include:

Leading client market development through high-level relationship building, proposal development, whitepapers, and presentations

Communicating in a collaborative and client-focused manner, including drafting client reports

Supporting practice group leaders in implementing business development initiatives

Developing internal and external networks and leveraging such networks to win assignments for Risk Management

Cross-selling opportunities on behalf of other services

Increasing the profile of both Risk Management and our organization

This position suits an experienced individual with demonstrated experience in:

Managing and effectively delegating work to a team of consultants

At least 10 years of experience with a Professional Services firm

Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients

Proficiency in preparation of proposals and presentations to prospects

Deep expertise in claims preparation and negotiation

Proven track record in developing new business and staff

Strong communication and presentation skills

Confident in public speaking to conduct presentations and sales pitches
