
Global Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global risk management efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in international relations, security, and crisis management.
About the Role- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks faced by clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide intelligence analysis, country risk assessments, and crisis management services.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders on how to navigate complex geopolitical landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the senior risk advisor to our ANZ commercial team, providing guidance on strategic planning and risk mitigation.
- Engage directly with clients to deliver bespoke risk management solutions, leveraging expertise in intelligence analysis and crisis management.
- Support the development of new business opportunities through thought leadership and industry engagement.
- Represent our organization at industry forums, conferences, and media events, showcasing expertise in global risk management.
- Contribute to the development of strategic service plans, client retention strategies, and thought leadership initiatives.
- A degree in international relations, politics, law enforcement, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in risk management, intelligence analysis, or client advisory services, preferably in government, national security, corporate, or NGO environments.
- A high level of interest in global affairs, geopolitics, and country risk.
- Proven ability to engage with client stakeholders, presenting and briefing in written and verbal forms.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence working across cultures and communicating with senior and junior stakeholders.
- A background in international environments through work or previous assignments.
- High fluency in spoken and written English.
- Commercial acumen and experience.
- Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand regularly, and occasionally internationally.
- Availability to support clients and operations outside regular hours occasionally.
