Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage contract employees, including rostering, leave requests, and performance KPIs.
  • Conduct daily/weekly toolbox talks with contractors to promote a safe working environment.
  • Recruit and select temporary and permanent staff across various industries.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a national team.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Experience in a similar position highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of WHS policies and procedures.
  • Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable.
  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize, and multitask.
  • Capacity to think creatively to solve challenges.
  • Excellent customer relationship and management skills.
