**About the Role**
We're seeking a passionate and motivated **Client Relationship Officer** to join our team on casual employment. In this dynamic role, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while also supporting marketing efforts to enhance Crystal Disability and Nursing Services' visibility and expand our client base.**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to build trust and encourage collaboration.
- Facilitate meet-and-greet sessions to connect clients with suitable support workers.
- Partner with clients to develop and oversee service agreements that align with their NDIS goals.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and digital content to engage and grow our community.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including maintaining accurate client records and meeting deadlines.
- Represent Crystal Disability and Nursing Services at expos, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and assign appropriate support workers for client rosters.

**About You**
You are a passionate communicator who excels at fostering meaningful connections and empowering individuals with disabilities. Additionally, you have a creative eye for marketing and are eager to enhance awareness and drive growth.**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- **Experience in the NDIS sector** with a strong understanding of **funding structures**.
- Previous experience in **service coordination, rostering,**or **administration**.
- Excellent **organizational and communication skills**.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services or Allied Health (desirable)
- Knowledge of the NDIS (or willingness to learn).
- 1-2 years in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency with ShiftCare Software or similar tools (desirable).
- Open driver's license and valid working rights in Australia.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a clear Police record (or willingness to obtain).
