**Job Description**We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while supporting marketing efforts to enhance our visibility and expand our client base.This dynamic role involves:

  • Facilitating meet-and-greet sessions to connect clients with suitable support workers.
  • Partnering with clients to develop and oversee service agreements that align with their NDIS goals.
  • Assisting in creating marketing materials and digital content to engage and grow our community.
  • Managing administrative responsibilities, including maintaining accurate client records and meeting deadlines.
  • Representing us at expos, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to source and assign appropriate support workers for client rosters.

  • Experience in the NDIS sector with a strong understanding of funding structures.
  • Previous experience in service coordination, rostering, or administration.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
