Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new clients

- Manage multiple referral sources to increase conversions and revenue growth

- Conduct thorough client intake processes to ensure timely commencement of services

- Analyze problems, work collaboratively with others, and demonstrate leadership skills

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare service agreements, manage budgets, and coordinate services

- Provide empathetic, friendly, and patient communication to build trust and rapport with clients

Requirements:

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles

- High-level organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Ability to establish meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality customer service

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team

- Proficiency in computer skills and current driver's license

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, and/or other community-funded programs

- COVID vaccination status
