About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our site engineering team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the site engineering team and mentor direct reports to achieve high levels of safety and equipment availability.
  • Work with the site safety department and leadership to implement and audit safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality staff are hired and retained.
  • Maintain equipment failure contingency plans and coordinate rehearsals with affected parties.
  • Work with site management, finance, and internal design teams to plan for future growth, upgrades, and new equipment rollouts.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in engineering team leadership, employee and performance management.
  • Distribution or manufacturing field experience with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience.
  • Facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience/ 2+ years of Amazon experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards.
  • Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics.
