Global Payroll Services Lead

Are you passionate about payroll and looking for a challenge?
We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Services Manager to join our team.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate results. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing clients' payroll compliance requirements, processing and reviewing full-cycle payroll for medium to high complexity clients, and providing expert advice on matters such as terminations, foreign employment reporting, and withholding.
About this role:- You will manage a team of professionals and lead project planning and track progress through to completion.
- You will assess and improve existing business practices and systems to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- You will support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms for our clients.
