
Global Payroll Specialist

This position involves overseeing the management and delivery of multi-country payroll services for a diverse client portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
- Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
- Validate payroll data across digital platforms to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
- Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and track project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams.
- Collaborate with service lines such as tax and mobility to streamline client services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. They will also be able to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
