Global Payroll Leader
We are seeking a skilled Global Payroll Leader to oversee our international payroll operations. This pivotal position is responsible for leading all facets of our global payroll function, ensuring employees across multiple jurisdictions are compensated accurately and on time, while maintaining strict compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for approving monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs, as well as owning monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations. They will also lead the onshore Melbourne-based payroll compliance team and provide oversight to payroll operations conducted by our team in Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees globally.
- Lead the payroll compliance team to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to continually improve and enhance payroll processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the global payroll function.
