Global Payroll Expert

As the lead payroll specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing our international payroll operations.

  • Ensure employees across multiple jurisdictions are compensated accurately and on time
  • Maintain strict compliance with local, national, and international regulations

Act as a key partner to Finance, HR, and Operations, leveraging your deep expertise in payroll systems, compliance, and process optimisation.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement to shape best practices across our global payroll function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and approve monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs
  • Own monthly payroll reporting, journal preparation, and payroll balance sheet reconciliations
  • Lead the payroll compliance team
  • Drive strategic and change management initiatives to improve and enhance payroll processes

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Payroll Manager, ideally within large, complex organisations operating across multiple geographies
  • Familiarity with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll is highly regarded
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key internal stakeholders
