Optimize Operational Efficiency Leader

Opportunity exists for an experienced leader to join our organization in the role of Operational Administration Efficiency Specialist. This position will support senior management in planning and executing site and corporate initiatives, as well as providing general support for optimizing communication and executing day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of mining experience, including leadership experience in an innovative and creative environment. They will possess strong conflict resolution skills, be able to apply systems thinking, and demonstrate project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of strategic business ideas.
  • Engage with leadership teams to develop and build upon innovative ideas and business priorities.
  • Lead efforts to plan and execute key site events.
  • Execute follow-up activities to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Take an oversight role in significant planned site visits.
  • Support senior management in key areas of work and enable the site to focus on its highest priorities.
  • Identify competing priorities or conflicts and make recommendations for action.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of mining experience, including leadership experience in an innovative and creative environment.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to apply systems thinking.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
