Job Opportunity: Enhancing Operational Efficiency

We seek an accomplished leader to collaborate with our senior executives in driving site priorities, initiatives, and programs. As the operational administration efficiency lead, you will be responsible for developing strategic business ideas and executing follow-up activities with participants to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute innovative thinking and actionability to drive business growth.
  • Engage with leadership teams to develop and refine business priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate key site events to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead efforts to optimize corporate, GGM, or Site Leadership team time required for planned site visits.
  • Partner with functional managers to support critical areas of work.
  • Connect information and people across the organization to drive special projects and initiatives.
  • Identify competing priorities and make recommendations to senior executives.
  • Provide project facilitation, oversight, and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of mining experience, including leadership roles in innovative environments.
Essential Abilities:
  • Quick decision-making and process improvement skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to apply systems thinking and generate new ideas.
  • Strong initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive approach to challenging work and adaptability in changing situations.
