Job Description

The Greenstone Mine is one of Canada's largest open-pit gold mines. It commenced production in May 2024, with a mine life of nearly 14 years and potential for additional underground deposits. We are seeking an experienced professional to support the EVP of Operations, General Manager, and site functional managers in planning and overseeing special projects, programs, and meetings. This role will also provide general support for optimizing communication and executing day-to-day activities.

  • Contribute to strategic business ideas and lead efforts to plan and develop key events.
  • Engage with leadership teams and stakeholders across the business to develop and build upon innovative ideas.
  • Lead project facilitation and oversight, ensuring objectives are met and issues resolved.
  • Support site priorities, initiatives, and programs, and collaborate with individuals and teams at all levels.
  • Analyze complex information and present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and communications.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is required, with a Master's degree or PhD preferred.
