This role offers an exciting chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing tool repair and fleet operations to support the wider service operations team.

Key Responsibilities

The job involves:

  • Operation of the Premium Tool Park (PTP) and fleet centralised collection process: dispatch of loan tools to customers, receipt of returned tools, inspection & scrapping where required, monitoring demand trends, and identifying gaps in the loan tool portfolio.
  • This role involves physical tasks as well as administrative duties and communication with the wider service operations team and sales force.
  • Providing a positive, world-class customer service experience to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with face-to-face customer service and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong operational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • IT proficiency across the MS Office suite; experience with SAP is advantageous.
