Fleet Manager Position Available

We are seeking a Fleet Management Specialist to drive change and innovation in our fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse operating performance and develop business cases to enhance fleet efficiency
- Manage fleet operations, ensuring compliance with registration, safety, and statutory standards
- Oversee fleet insurance claims and monitor repairs to ensure compliance
- Develop and implement productivity efficiencies that improve fleet availability and consistency
- Provide expert advice on fleet management issues, risk, and solutions
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong knowledge of motor trade or fleet management principles
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and business case development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of personal resilience and accountability
