About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead asset management strategies and ensure the efficient maintenance of our assets.

This role involves undertaking inspections, monitoring surveillance data, and providing expertise across the business. You will also be responsible for determining maintenance strategies, monitoring asset conditions, and responding to technical queries.

Additionally, you will develop business cases for capital projects and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies that align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitor surveillance data to identify potential issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on dam safety and respond to technical queries from colleagues.
  • Determine maintenance strategies and monitor asset conditions to optimize performance.
  • Develop business cases for capital projects and collaborate with stakeholders to secure funding.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-making.

You will have a tertiary qualification in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and experience in risk-based lifecycle management of water industry assets.
