We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Loan Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance,
  • Collecting client information and liaising with lenders to keep files moving efficiently,
  • Coordinating settlements with solicitors, brokers, and lenders to meet deadlines effectively,
  • Managing high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in mortgage processing (preferably within the industry).
  • Knowledge of residential, investment, and commercial lending criteria and policies.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in performing tasks.
  • A focused communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly.
