About the Role
  • Provide technical support and coaching to team members in injury management and strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with Claims Advisors to optimize recovery outcomes for customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and recovery outcomes.
Requirements
  • Mandatory 2 years of clinical experience as an allied health professional.
  • Demonstrated expertise in injury management and rehabilitation principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
