Claims Resolution Specialist

At Legal Aid NSW, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering claims management services for complex and medium-risk cases in accordance with Workers Compensation Legislation.

This role involves making soundly based decisions regarding claims management strategy to support the recovery at work of staff and reduce the cost of workplace absence.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and previous experience in claims management.

In addition, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

This is a temporary full-time opportunity until 31 December 2023 with hybrid work options available.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
