Our brand new After School Care service is launching in Term 3 at St Mary's Catholic Primary School.We are seeking a Coordinator to lead our team and provide a secure and engaging experience for children and staff.The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for childcare, be compassionate and friendly, possess the ability to interact with children positively and productively.Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing a safe OSHC service for staff and children
  • Maintaining children's attendance and casual bookings schedules
  • Supervising other educators and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing engaging educational programs
  • Creating opportunities for families to share their child's participation and engagement in programs
The successful candidate will possess a qualification in Early Childhood Education and care, previous work experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), and hold relevant certifications.As a Coordinator you will be part of a not-for-profit organization that provides education and care within the mission and ministry of the Church.
