Lead Educational Programmes in a Dynamic Childcare Environment

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) or Diploma qualified educator to lead educational programmes and inspire a positive learning culture in a 71-place childcare service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in programming and be passionate about the childcare curriculum, ensuring that every child has access to high-quality education and care. They will work closely with the Centre manager and become part of the leadership team to achieve this goal.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ECT qualified) and/or Diploma in Early Childhood education and care
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or Educational Leader position
  • Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • Working With Children's Check
