Junior Culinary Manager

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering high standards of food quality and presentation. You will be responsible for assisting with menu development, ensuring that all dishes meet our exacting standards.
Responsibilities- Support the Head and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen;
- Assist with menu development, focusing on seasonal produce;
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation;
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure a smooth service;
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers;
- Proven experience in a similar role (essential);
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate;
